Concierge medicine, as Veltracon Medical practises it, is private medical care with a coordinator between you and the system. You describe the need once; we find the right specialist in our curated network, arrange the appointment and the treatment and stay reachable around the clock. The care is provided by the doctors and clinics; the coordination and the access are ours.
It is not a clinic and not a single doctor’s practice. It is not a second opinion service alone, although that is part of it, and not an emergency service alone, although the 24/7 medical hotline is included. Veltracon Medical is not a healthcare provider and not an insurance company; the medical professionals in our network operate independently.

Coordinated from Switzerland, in your time zone
Coordination sits in Zug, with offices in Düsseldorf and Dubai. Switzerland is where the network began: the Swiss Private Clinics Network was founded in 2005 and is still the largest independent medical clinic network in Switzerland; Veltracon Lifestyle followed in 2015. Appointments in Zurich, Lausanne or on Lake Geneva are arranged in the network our sister company Switzerland Clinics presents.
Beyond Switzerland, the global network of preferred medical specialists means treatment can take place where you are. Longevity medicine and the executive health check are arranged the same way. Our journal describes how private clients invest in their healthspan.
How the work is paid for
The service is not billed by the visit. Its components belong to the Holistic membership and to Longevity; the 24/7 medical hotline is in every membership. Veltracon Medical is an annual membership with an onboarding fee.
The membership pays for the coordination and the access. The consultation, the examination or the treatment itself follows a virtual assessment or a service proposal, is not included in the membership and is charged by the clinic or the doctor who provides it. That is why this page names no price: it depends on the case.

What is Veltracon Medical?
Veltracon Medical is a medical membership from Veltracon Lifestyle AG in Zug, Switzerland. It gives members a 24/7 medical hotline, medical evacuation and repatriation, access to Swiss private medical care and a global network of specialists, second opinions, telemedicine and longevity programmes. Veltracon Medical coordinates care; it is not a healthcare provider and does not directly provide medical treatment.
What does a concierge doctor do?
A concierge doctor, as Veltracon Medical uses the term, is a physician from our curated network chosen for your case, while we coordinate appointments and treatment around you. The doctor sees you in the clinic, by video call or, in the Longevity membership, at your home.
Is concierge medicine the same as private health insurance?
No. Veltracon Medical is not an insurance company and does not pay for treatment; it gives you coordinated access to a curated network of specialists and clinics. Membership does not substitute for comprehensive health insurance.
Which membership includes concierge medicine?
Swiss private medical care, the global network of medical specialists, the second opinion network and telemedicine are part of the Holistic membership and of Longevity. The 24/7 medical hotline is part of every membership.
How much does concierge medicine cost?
The membership is an annual subscription with an onboarding fee, in three levels that build on each other; consultations and treatments are charged by the provider. Ask us through the contact page for the current membership overview.
Can my family be included in a concierge medicine membership?
Yes. Adult family members can be added to any membership. With Holistic, two children under 18 receive complimentary access to the Emergency membership; with Longevity, children under 18 do.
Do I get a second opinion through concierge medicine?
Yes. The Global Second Opinion Network is part of the Holistic and Longevity memberships: specialists affiliated with institutions such as Harvard and Yale University confirm or revise a diagnosis.
Does the Veltracon Medical membership include emergencies abroad?
Yes. Every membership includes the 24/7 medical hotline with medical coordinators, emergency doctors, evacuation teams and medical repatriation.
