The enquiry form

If you send an enquiry, we receive what you entered: your name, your email address, your telephone number and country code if you give one, the service you chose, your message, and which language version and page you wrote from.

We use this only to answer you and to advise you on the membership. Your email address is set as the reply address, so our answer reaches you directly. It is never passed to an advertising network and never used for anything you did not ask for.

The enquiry travels over an encrypted connection to the company mailbox, which is hosted in Switzerland.

What this site does not do

  • It sets no cookies.
  • It uses no analytics, no tag manager and no tracking service.
  • It embeds no social media, no maps and no video from other companies.
  • Its typefaces are served from this site itself, not from an external font service.

Hosting and server records

The site is delivered by Vercel Inc. As every web server does, it records the requests it answers, including the calling IP address, the time, the page requested and the browser identification. These records keep the site running and secure; they are not used to identify you.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as it takes to deal with it, and afterwards for as long as business correspondence has to be kept by law. Then it is deleted.

Your rights

You may ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its being processed. One message to the address below is enough. If you are in the European Union, you may also complain to your national supervisory authority.
