An executive health check is a preventive examination compressed into a short, planned stay: a structured programme at one of our leading diagnostic partners in Switzerland, arranged around your calendar, with the results explained to you and, where something is found, the next step already in hand. It is the annual medical check-up of the Longevity membership, and a preventive check-up can be organised for Holistic members through Swiss private medical care.
It is not a wellness weekend, not a spa programme, and not a list of tests we choose. The scope of the examination is set by the examining physician at the diagnostic partner on the basis of your history; Veltracon Medical organises, accompanies and follows up. We are not a healthcare provider and do not carry out examinations ourselves; the clinics and doctors operate independently.

How it runs
The visit is a day at the clinic and the work around it. This is how we organise both.
- PreparationWe take your history, your questions and your constraints, and agree the programme and the date with the diagnostic partner. Travel and, if you wish, the stay around it are arranged.
- The dayYou are expected at the diagnostic partner, and the appointments are arranged so that the programme fits into the planned stay.
- ResultsThe examining physician goes through the findings with you. You receive the report; in the Longevity membership, we file it in your medical history at your request.
- What followsIf a finding needs a specialist, we arrange the appointment through our preferred access to Swiss private clinics, or obtain a medical second opinion. If nothing needs doing, the report becomes the baseline for your longevity medicine plan.
- Next yearThe examination is annual in the Longevity membership, and the plan that builds on it is updated to reflect changes in your health or advances in medical research.
Who it is for

The clinics in Switzerland, and your time zone
Switzerland stands at the pinnacle of global healthcare, and its private clinics are where our network began in 2005. The executive health check takes place at one of our leading diagnostic partners in Switzerland; which one depends on where you are, what is to be examined and your preferences. Our sister company Switzerland Clinics presents clinics with executive health programmes; Veltracon Medical is the membership that organises and accompanies your visit.
Coordination runs from Zug, with offices in Düsseldorf and Dubai, so that the stay can be planned from your time zone. Between visits, the same coordination serves as your private doctor and, if treatment is needed, as concierge medicine.
How the work is paid for
The annual medical check-up is part of the Longevity membership; preventive check-ups through Swiss private medical care are available to Holistic members. Veltracon Medical is an annual membership with an onboarding fee.
The membership pays for the organisation and the accompaniment: planning the programme with the partner, the appointments, the day itself, the follow-up. In the Longevity membership, the annual medical check-up is provided by our leading diagnostic partners. Examinations or treatments that follow from it, and the actual services following a virtual assessment or service proposal, are not included in the membership and are charged by the provider.
Questions we are asked
Is Veltracon Medical an insurance company?
No. Veltracon Medical provides access to a network of medical professionals and emergency assistance services worldwide. It does not directly provide medical treatment and is not a healthcare provider. Membership does not substitute for comprehensive health insurance nor guarantee specific outcomes from medical treatments. The Longevity membership includes an insurance advisory service that helps members find a suitable provider.
What is an executive health check?
